Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup chunky peanut butter
2cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts
Mix all ingredients in bowl by hand throughly. When mixed, form into balls the size of large marbles. Refridgerate overnight.
Melt 12 oz bag of chocolate chips in a double boiler; add 2 TBS melted parafin wax. Stir together until smooth.Dip cold peanut butter balls into chocolate while keeping hot in boiler. Must keep heat on about medium while dipping. Place on wax paper to harden. Keep in a cool place.
