3 slices bacon
1 medium onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup molasses
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 (15oz) can pinto beans
1 can baked beans
1 (15oz) kidney beans
1. In a skillet, fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Saute onion and garlic in bacon drippings about 1 minute. Add molasses, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard to onions. Stir well.
2. In a bean pot or 2-quart casserole dish with cover. Combine: pintos, baked beans, kidney beans, kidney beans and onion mix. Stir.
3. Crumble bacon over beans. Stir to combine, cover, cover and bake 1 hour at 320°.
