Zucchini Chips

1 Zucchini, sliced
Egg whites/Egg Beaters
Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Extra seasoning (Italian Seasoning, Garlic Salt, etc)


1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.

2. In a small bowl, put egg whites/Egg Beaters. In a separate small bowl, combine breadcrumbs and extra seasonings. Dip slices of zucchini into egg, then into breadcrumbs. Place zucchini onto cookie sheet.

3. Cook for 20 minutes, then flip. Cook an additional 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
