2lbs small red potatoes quartered
1/4 c oil
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Place potatoes & oil in bag (plastic), toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again. Bake on ungreased baking pan at 450 for 35 minutes.
