2 lbs lean ground beef cooked and drained
29 oz can enchilada sauce
9 flour tortillas (burrito size)
4 c shredded cheddar cheese
30oz can refried beans
Preheat oven to 350
Stir in 1/3 of enchilida sauce in browned meat. Spread another 1/3 of the sauce on the bottom of a greased 13 X 9 pan. Place 3 tortillas over sauce, overlapping to fit. Spoon half the meat mixture over tortillas. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups of cheese. Top with 3 more tortillas. Layer beans over tortillas top with remaining tortillas, meat mixture, and sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 35 min. Let stand 10 min. Serve with sour cream and/or hot sauce.
